In order to motivate and retain (young) talent, create new development opportunities and better network employees, Oply’s “International Program for Employees” creates a new solution for employee retention, development and employer branding.
What is this program about?
Oply Explore is an international employee mobility & training program. As a kind of “Erasmus for employees”, it offers supervised, professional group stays abroad for 1-3 months.
The program is designed to reflect professional, cultural and social aspects and create a holistic experience. The focus is on:

How the Oply Explore international program works:

Program Setup
Employees from different branches travel to Austria and continue their jobs remotely during this time (also available as an outbound option abroad).
Depending on the desired scope, 0.5 - 2 days per week are used for on-site training

4 weeks or 12 weeks
Location:
Vienna (in the company office or startup co-working space)
Visits to offices across Austria can be integrated

Target Group & Scope
Talents with ambitions for networking and further development within the company (white collar) across departments and sectors
Recommendation: at least 1 year of employment with the company
