The OPLY Explore international program is a so-called "Erasmus for employees" that enables employees to gain international experience while working remotely and participating in training at the same time. The goal is to better connect employees, expand their skills and strengthen employee retention.

The program strengthens soft skills, increases motivation, promotes the prevention of burnout and improves language skills. As a result, it not only contributes to employee retention, but also strengthens employer branding and leads to significant cost savings in the long term.

The OPLY study abroad program offers two flexible durations: four weeks for a shorter experience and twelve weeks for a more intensive one. This allows participants to gain deeper cultural insights and experience lasting professional and personal development.

The target group includes talented people who want to network and develop further, both for companies and their employees and for freelancers. We offer the right framework for every constellation, from high potentials to long-term employees or independent specialists. We recommend at least one year of professional experience and a group size of up to 30 people.

Employees from various branches travel to Austria and continue their work remotely (the program is also available as an outbound option abroad, details on request). Depending on the desired scope, 0.5 to 2 days per week are used for on-site training to promote the professional and personal development of the participants.

Employees improve their soft skills, language skills and leadership qualities. They learn to work effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds and gain valuable insights into Austrian culture and working methods. In addition, their motivation is increased and burnout is prevented.
