A hackathon is a creative idea marathon in which teams develop innovative solutions to a specific challenge within one day . This involves creative concepts, business models, and visionary approaches.
Our focus: Future-ready East Tyrol: Working more productively, digitally and networked, thus creating real added value for companies and the region!

What can you expect?
1. DEFINITION FRAMEWORK & CHALLENGES
Together, we'll clarify which challenges should be addressed and how the results can later be meaningfully transferred to your organization . We'll support you in realistically defining the topics and formulating them in a way that makes them manageable at the hackathon and ensures they have real relevance.
3. CONTENT PREPARATION
We prepare the hackathon in terms of content and methodology so that all participants can easily find their way around – regardless of prior experience. This includes a clear process, understandable tasks, and suitable working formats . This creates a safe environment that enables creative work and constructive collaboration.
5. EVALUATION & NEXT STEPS
After the hackathon, we will jointly reflect on the results of the event : What was created, which solutions have potential, and what are the next steps ? The goal is to secure insights, set priorities, and clearly define concrete next steps.
2. PARTICIPANTS: INDOOR MOBILIZATION
A successful hackathon depends on the right people. Together, we consider who should be involved to bring together diverse perspectives, experiences, and skills. The goal is a balanced mix that fosters exchange, breaks down silos, and enables interdisciplinary collaboration.
4th HACKATHON EXECUTION
The hackathon day itself is all about working together on solutions . In moderated work sessions, ideas are developed, refined , and made more concrete . We provide structure, time management, and energy so that you can fully concentrate on exchanging ideas, generating concepts, and collaborating.
